Southern Tier Open Duck is OPEN to all callers. Registration is from 10:00-11:00 AM with contests starting at 12:00 Noon. Entry fee is $25, with a 75% payback of entry fees. The contest will be held at the William O. Smith Recreation Center in Olean, NY. For more details you may contact Craig.
